Overview
You can delete your AutoKept account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — once your data is removed, we cannot recover it.
How to request deletion
Email us at reach@getautokept.com from the email address associated with your AutoKept account, with the subject "Delete my account". We use the sending address to verify the request. You do not need to provide any other information.
What gets deleted
We remove your AutoKept account and all data linked to it, including: connected Google and INDmoney credentials and OAuth tokens; your reminders and expenses; your chat history; your long-term memory; your linked WhatsApp and Telegram connections; and your usage records. Deleting your account also revokes AutoKept's access to any integration you connected.
Processing time
We complete deletion requests within 30 days and send a confirmation to your account email once your data has been removed. Backups are purged on their normal rotation. We may retain a minimal record of the request itself where required to comply with applicable law.
Revoke access yourself
You can also disconnect any integration at any time from Settings, which revokes our access and stops further processing for that integration. To remove AutoKept's access to your Google account directly, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions. To stop messaging on WhatsApp or Telegram, unlink the channel from Settings.
