1. Agreement
By accessing or using AutoKept at getautokept.com or app.getautokept.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
AutoKept is a personal AI assistant that connects to services you authorize—such as Gmail, Google Calendar, portfolio tools, WhatsApp, and Telegram—to help you manage email, schedule, finances, and messaging by conversation. Features may change over time.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Sign-in is provided through our authentication partner (Clerk).
4. Your connections & permissions
The Service only accesses third-party accounts (Google, INDmoney, messaging channels, etc.) after you explicitly connect them in Settings. You grant us permission to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: violating applicable laws; accessing others' accounts without permission; attempting to bypass security; reverse engineering the Service; using it to send spam or harmful content; or reselling access without authorization.
6. Plans & billing
We may offer free and paid plans with different usage limits. Prices and limits shown on the website may change with notice. Paid billing terms will be presented at checkout when available. Usage limits may apply even if billing is not yet enabled.
7. AI-generated output
Responses and actions are generated by AI and automated tools. They may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing important actions (emails sent, calendar changes, financial queries) before relying on them.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, branding, and software. You retain rights in your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoKept and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that should survive will remain in effect.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
